Not satisfied with your order? No problem. At Ferberzi you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt – without giving a reason. This is in line with the statutory right of withdrawal.

To register a return, send an email to info@ferberzi.nl with your order number and reason for return (optional). You will then receive the return instructions. As soon as we have received the item in its original condition and undamaged packaging , we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.

Please note: return costs are at your own expense.

Returns Policy

• The product must be undamaged , unused and in the original packaging .

• If the product has been used or is returned damaged, the reduction in value may be offset or the return may be refused.

• Custom-made products or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days . This will be done via the same payment method you used for payment.
