Where & what time?

We ship for free within the Netherlands and Belgium . If you order on weekdays before 23:30 , your order will be delivered the next day.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

• Orders placed before 23:30 on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day.

• In most cases, delivery takes place on the next working day via PostNL or DHL .

• You will always receive a track & trace code to track your order.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

• Please contact us as soon as possible via info@ferberzi.nl . If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. Once the package is on its way, this is unfortunately no longer possible.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?

• Report damage immediately upon receipt via info@ferberzi.nl with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a suitable solution.

CAN I ALSO PICK UP MY ORDER?

• No, unfortunately, pick-up is not possible. Our warehouse is fully equipped for shipping.
