Where is Ferberzi located?
We do not have a physical store. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Order
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed before 11:30 PM will be processed the same day and delivered the next business day.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Please let us know immediately after placing your order. If the package has already been shipped, we can unfortunately no longer change the address.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us via info@ferberzi.nl with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will make sure it is resolved properly.
Can I also pick up my order?
No, unfortunately, pick-up is not possible. Our warehouse is only set up for shipping.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Send an email to info@ferberzi.nl with your order number. You will receive return instructions from us. The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Return costs are for your own account.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
How long does it take to get my money back?
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will start the refund immediately. This usually takes 2-5 business days.
