We don't have a physical store. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
All shipping is free.
Orders placed before 11:30 PM will be processed the same day and delivered the next business day. Orders to Germany have a delivery time of 2–3 business days.
Please let us know immediately after placing your order. If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer change the address.

No, unfortunately, pickup is not possible. Our warehouse is only set up for shipping.
Send an email to info@ferberzi.nl with your order number. We'll send you return instructions. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Yes, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll immediately initiate the refund. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
