Not satisfied with your order? No problem. At Ferberzi, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt – without giving a reason. This is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

how does it work?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your withdrawal by email. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product .

Send an email to info@ferberzi.nl with your order number and (optional) the reason for return. You will then receive the return instructions.

conditions for return

During the cooling-off period, you can evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. Treat the product with care and don't try it more than necessary.

If possible, we prefer to receive the product in its original condition and packaging. However, this is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal.

If the product has been used more than necessary or is returned damaged, we reserve the right to make a depreciation .

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. These average €7.25 per package (depending on the carrier and size).

exceptions

Custom-made products or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as a broken seal) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

refund

Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
